Class Action (Plaintiff)
Class action lawsuits combine the similar complaints of many different people who may not have the means or ability to pursue a case on their own. Class action suits save court time by allowing a single judge to hear all the concerns at the same time, and come to one settlement for all parties. If the court agrees to certify the complaints as a class action, all class members will share any monies or remedies ordered by the court.
