RSP Welcomes Darlene Wingerak

RSP is pleased to welcome Darlene Wingerak to the firm.

Darlene started her career at RSP and has re-joined the firm after working as a mediator in the mandatory mediation program at the Dispute Resolution office. Darlene will continue her mediation practice while working in the corporate/commercial department at RSP.

Darlene’s practical experience allows her to assist in the acquisition, lease or sale of commercial properties, the purchase and sales of assets, the drafting of partnership agreements, licensing, franchising, outsourcing, corporate reorganization and restructuring.
