Danielle Yuzdepski

Danielle joined Robertson Stromberg’s litigation team after moving back to Saskatoon from Nelson, British Columbia. During her time in Nelson, BC, she co-owned a medium-sized law firm. Danielle focuses primarily on family law and wills and estates.

Danielle received her Juris Doctorate of Law from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. She received St. Thomas Moore College’s Award for Best Grades in Philosophy upon graduating with this degree.

Danielle is a Greystone Scholar, a Les and Irene Dube Justice and Service Scholar, and a member of the Golden Key International Honors Society.

During law school, Danielle participated in the British Columbia REAL Program (“Rural Education and Access to Lawyers”), which serves access to justice initiatives by sending law students to work in rural communities that do not have sufficient access to legal counsel.

She helped organize the University of Saskatchewan chapter of a nationwide “Research-for-Refugees” campaign.

Danielle played a leading role in reintroducing a Women-in-Law Club to the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.

During law school, Danielle’s writing was published in the Saskatchewan Advocate.

Danielle is a member of the Kootenay Bar Association.
