Ben Parsonson Joins Robertson Stromberg LLP Partnership

Congratulations to Ben Parsonson who became Robertson Stromberg’s newest partner on January 1, 2024. Ben joined Robertson Stromberg as an articling student and, since his call to the bar in 2017, has been an important member of the corporate commercial department.

Ben’s general business practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, wills and estates and commercial and residential real estate law. Ben advises both new and established businesses on matters of structuring, financing, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures and general ongoing business matters and issues.
