MEET OUR LAWYERS
Misty is a partner with Robertson Stromberg LLP, where her practice focuses primarily on construction law and commercial debt recovery. With her combined knowledge and experience in construction law, commercial debt recovery and bankruptcy/insolvency, she is particularly well suited to handle the fast-paced issues that arise in the modern construction industry.
A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Misty received her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in 2003 and a Juris Doctor degree in 2006. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2007.

She has been a panel presenter for the CBA Mid-Winter Meeting and has presented for the CBA and STLA on builders’ liens and debt recovery issues.

She is a member of the Executive Committee for Construction Specifications Canada (Legal Officer – Saskatoon Chapter) and has completed and then instructed at, their Principles of Construction Documentation Course. She has submitted several articles on construction law issues for the CSC Specifier newsletter.

Misty has also been an instructor for the Management Essentials for the Construction Industry course offered by Great West Plains College.
Away from the office, Misty devotes her time to sports and sport administration.
