Allan M. Haubrich, Q.C.

Al’s practice areas are mainly:

1. wills and estates, with extensive experience in estate planning

2. real estate transactions and acting for home builders,

3. corporate law acting for farmers and businesses.

Al’s expertise is well recognized in the legal community. In the 2015 edition of Lexpert® Directory, Al is ranked as Repeatedly Recommended in the area of Estate and Tax Planning.

A University of Saskatchewan alumnus, Al received his Bachelor of Arts in 1967 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1970. He was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1971.

Al was a long-time member of the Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He has shared his expertise as a presenter at both of these organizations.

A long-time Kiwanian, Al is the past President of the Saskatoon Kiwanis Club and Chair of its Apple Drive committee.
