Chelsie practices exclusively in family law, helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. She assists clients with parenting and decision-making for children, child and spousal support, property division, independent adoptions, and step-parent adoptions.  

Chelsie understands that every family is different. She takes the time to understand her clients’ goals, explain the legal process in clear, practical terms, and develop strategies tailored to their circumstances. Whether a matter can be resolved through negotiation or requires litigation, Chelsie is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

An experienced advocate, Chelsie has appeared before all levels of Saskatchewan’s courts and has prepared materials in response to an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Chelsie is also a family law mediator pursuant to The King’s Bench Act. She believes that, when appropriate, negotiated resolutions can save clients time, expense, and emotional stress while allowing them greater control over the outcome.
