M. Kim Anderson

A partner at Robertson Stromberg, Kim leads the Insolvency and Restructuring Group. He advises lenders, debtors, and insolvency practitioners on insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as on commercial realization. Advising businesses on dispute resolution and litigation matters and providing counsel to insurers on coverage issues are among his many strengths. He also works with municipal governments, advising them on governance, planning and development issues.
