Timothy Hawryluk, K.C. Appointed as Coroner’s Counsel in Boden Umpherville Inquest

The Province of Saskatchewan’s Chief Coroner has appointed Partner Timothy Hawryluk K.C. as Coroner’s Counsel in relation to the Boden Umpherville Inquest, which was recently conducted at the Court of King’s Bench in Prince Albert. Tim was supported by a team which included associate Sylvan Lange and student Sarah Grieve.

The inquest inquired into the circumstances surrounding the death of Boden Umpherville following his arrest by the Prince Albert Police Service on April 1, 2023.
