Dahl Defends Thesis on Future of Copyright in the Music Industry

Kurt successfully defended his Master of Laws thesis on the future of copyright in the music industry, and how digital technologies are overhauling the way in which musicians and music companies make money. The Master of Laws (LLM) is an advanced academic law degree that demands intense research into a specified field of study. Kurt completed his LLM in just under 2 years.

Pay it Forward – Kurt has asked that anyone who downloads his thesis donate $5 (on their honour) to a local charity of their choice, thereby creating some good from his hard work. Thus far, he has raised several hundred dollars for local charities. To read Kurt’s thesis, click here.
