Jennifer Pereira has written an article on recent developments in Automobile Accident Insurance law.  She suggests that definitions of “automobile” found within contracts of insurance and legislation need to reflect the evolving nature of personal transportation. Canadian Underwriter magazine published this article titling it, “A Bird? A Plan? No, it’s an Automobile”.
